These terms govern your use of arcsurf.ai and ArcSurf's services.

Services

ArcSurf provides Generative Engine Optimization consulting services as described on our Services & Pricing page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are confirmed in a welcome brief at the start of each engagement.

No guarantees

GEO optimization improves the likelihood of AI citation but cannot guarantee specific citation rates or rankings. AI search platforms change their retrieval behavior independently. We guarantee a rigorous, measurable process — not specific outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content changes, schema markup, and deliverables produced during a Sprint or Retainer are owned by the client upon payment. ArcSurf retains the right to describe the engagement in general terms for case study purposes, subject to client approval.

Payment

GEO Sprint and Post-Sprint Assessment are invoiced at engagement start. Retainer is invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

Limitation of liability

ArcSurf's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for changes in AI platform behavior, loss of rankings, or third-party actions.
